Baked Oatmeal with Apples and Raisins Toppings

When cooled, baked oatmeal is great for breakfast or as a snack bar. Baking oats creates a spongy feel similar to that of bread pudding. It's simple to make and you can add your favourite fruits and spices to make it your own.

Serving Size: 4

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

1 Apple, Sliced

1/2 Cup Raisins

2 1/2 Cups Old-fashioned Rolled Oats

1 3/4 Cups Almond Milk

1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Direction:

1- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

2- Spread evenly into an 8×8-inch baking pan, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until lightly browned.

3- Spoon into bowls with a little nondairy milk to serve for breakfast. Allow it cool completely and serve with raisins on top with sliced apples.
