Oatmeal with Fresh Strawberries and Mint Leaves

The fruity flavor with a bit of tartness. Pleasant to eyes by adding fresh mint leaves at the top.

Cook Time: 15 mins


Ingredients:


1 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries sliced

4-5 fresh mint leaves

2 Cups Unsweetened Plant-Based milk (Almond Milk)

Sea Salt to taste

1 Cup Rolled Oats


Directions:


1- In a pot bring milk to a light boil and add oats in it. Stir in the oats well. lower the heat and simmer the oats uncovered for 5 mins.

2- Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for at least 2 mins. Season it with sea salt according to taste.

3- Dish out in bowls and top it with fresh sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Serve warm.
