Pinto Beans Burrito

If you plan ahead of time, this is a very simple breakfast to prepare. Use leftover beans from a previous week's dinner and there's little else to do but reheat and chop.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Mashed Pinto beans

1/2 Cup Fresh Corn

1/2 Cup Chopped Beetroot

3 small Heads Iceberg Lettuce

3 Whole Wheat Tortilla


Direction:


Heat a tortilla in a nonstick pan, then place a thin layer of beans, fresh corn, and Chopped Beetroot on top, then roll up and Enjoy!



Look for the FIBRE!
