Toasts with Sweet White Bean paste and Berries on top

Tired of avocado toast? With a sweet white bean spread and fresh fruit, this delectable toast takes it to the next level—the right balance of creamy and crispy. Refrigerate leftover white bean spread for up to 5 days in an airtight jar.


Serving Size : 10 Toasts

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:


1.5-oz. White Beans Boiled

1/4 Cup Plant-based Milk, unsweetened and unflavored

2 Teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

10 Slices Whole Grain Bread, toasted

2 Cups Mixed Berries


Direction:

1- Combine the beans, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until you get a smooth paste.

2- Spread bean paste on toasts and put berries on top.
