Stir Fry Mushrooms is a quick and easy recipe that's perfect for a plant-based side dish or a tasty topping for toast. This recipe is packed with delicious flavours from mixed mushrooms, garlic, thyme, and onion. It's also a healthy dish that's low in calories and full of nutrients. With only a few simple ingredients, you can create a tasty and nutritious meal in no time.

INGREDIENTS
400 gr mixed mushrooms cut in half (quartered if they are large)
1 small diced onion
1/2 bunch of fresh thyme finely chopped or 2 heaped tsp dried thyme
3 cloves of garlic finely diced
3 tbsp boiling water
1 tsp yeast extract
Sea salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat a large wok or pan over medium heat with a bit of water.
2. Add the onion and stir gently for a couple of minutes until the onion softens.
3. Add the mushrooms and garlic and stir.
4. Dissolve the yeast in the tbsp of boiling water. Add to the wok/pan.
5. Continue stirring until the liquid has dissolved and the mushrooms are cooked.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Finally, add the thyme and serve as a side dish or on seeded toast.
